We recently had my daughter's baby shower. 6 weeks in advance we went to Baby City Pavilion to arrange her registry. As we were so early we were told that the items chosen could not go into the box as the box only goes out 3 weeks before the shower but that a list would be kept and the box would be filled with our chosen goodies at the correct time. My mom went to do her shopping for the shower between 3 and 2 weeks before the party and the box was not yet out but they did find the list for her and she made her selection. My daughter took her mom in law to chose her gift a day or so later and was told that there was no list and that she must had done it at the Umhlanga store. She knew very well she had done it at Pavilion and stood her ground until the list was found. When I went to the store the day before the party there in the box was the baby carrier my mom had bought off the list, they had not bothered to remove it. A guest bought a double of an item (probably for the same reason) and when we tried to return it we couldn't as the plain plastic wrapping had been removed. I am horrified at the shoddy customer service and all future baby products will most be purchased elsewhere
