Pathetic Gift Registry

I set up a gift registry for my sister at Baby City Lifestyle Centre. What an absolute nightmare. Many items were left off the list completely, and many items were DUPLICATED up to 6 times!!! It took forever for them to send a copy of the list through to other branches when people wished to make a purchase. When purchases were made, items were never removed from the list. When I called to complain, I was met with a rotten attitude and told I could just return duplicates. It was an absolute disaster dealing with Baby City Lifestyle Centre. The staff are incompetent and have a bad attitude. I would not suggest using this service at all.
