We got a Cool Cat Addis Cooler Box for Christmas and wanted to use same yesterday for the first time. As soon as we picked it up by the handle the whole handle broke off and the bottom of the cooler came out sending parts flying all over the place. We got this cooler box seeing that our previous Addis cooler box did exactly the same after the second use. I would also like to add that the cooler box was not even fully loaded, it only had one 2 litre bottle and paperplates inside. This is totally unacceptable.
