I have recently (march 2013) applied for service from Abi and waited very long, (7 months) for a cooler to stock the product. I eventually got the cooler, now I'm waiting for stock to be delivered. To get hold of the sales rep is a nightmare!!! He's available almost never! When he does make contact (after getting hold of his manager) he has a explanation of them not having stock etc etc etc.
It is going onto week 3 and I still don't have stock...
How appalling is this company's service and are they simply complacent because they're the only company rendering this service? If you're not happy with them, they will gladly re-allocate your cooler to someone else...
