During December I thought of spoiling myself and purchased the new Addis 360Degree spinning mop from Builders Warehouse at Strubensvalley, Roodepoort. It cost me R515.99 but thinking that its Addis it would work great. It spins great, the handle and bucket is great quality (like all Addis products) BUT the micro fiber mop part does not stay in the handle. Its most frustrating when the mop keeps on falling of the handle.
I am so disappointed to have spent so much money in a mop that leaves me more than just frustrated.
I have emailed Addis South Africa in the beginning of January, not even a reply to my email or a phone call.
