Good Day

I just wanted to find out what does it take to be an ABI Customer I have logged a call to get Cooler so I can order coldrinks with ABI
And it seems like the Customer Services Agents don't know what they are doing each I time I call I being given a different story
I'm not sure if this agents are using the same system or what I spoke to Sthembile Ndlovu who told me a different story just called not so long ago and are the any interaction that are put on the system each time a customer phones in for assistance
I was given a different story can somebody please contact me and tell the real reason why I cannot place orders with ABI and I why I cannot be given a cooler
