I had purchased a Genesis Cyclovac from the Pinetown Branch. Within 2 months of the purchase the plastic piping had broken (cracked) and the connecting part to the actual machine broken off. I tried to speak to Verimark, however as i couldn't find my slip (due to me moving) they were unable to help me. The Genesis Cyclovac has been my worst purchase ever. The vacuum power on it is absolutely useless and I will never recommend Genesis to a friend or family member.
