After returning a swimming costume because the colour ran significantly after the first and second use to Woolworths La Lucia, I was treated by the staff as though I was at fault and was completely dissatified with the response and manner in which the return was handled. This poor service was reported by myself to the Woolworths customer service line via email on two seperate occasions (29 December and again on the 2 January). To date absolutely no response has been received and I am lead to beleive that Woolworths does not care about my poor experience with their staff or about customer satisfaction whatsoever. Disappointing as I am a regular customer who had come to expect more from this chain.
