Woolworths Staff Wellbeing

I am a regular shopper at woolworths and enjoy the high quality of produce as well as the excellent and friendly client service I always receive from the tellers at Woolworths. I however have been quiet surprised that in most of the stores I have been too, there is no chair for the tellers to sit on during their shifts. I would imagine that this would require excessive periods of standing which can lead to fatigue, cramps, etc. However, despite the length of time that they have been standing, they are always friendly and always smiling. Woolworths, you have fantastic staff, shouldn't you look after their health a bit better? Whilst I am sure that they receive their mandatory lunch and tea breaks, you cannot honestly expect people to stand in one position for hours at a time? I don't understand how a standing person behind the tellers provides superior customer service than to those who are seated. Please look after their wellbeing and provide chairs for these people. They are afterall the front line of the Woolworths client service.
