POOR SERVICE AT FURNITURE CITY PRINCESS CROSSING

I bought a laptop from them, it took me 3 years to pay off the account (i must state the computer was R5999.00 i gave a deposit of R1000, and i still had to pay back R12000.00), the last instalment was end of december R217.00 my account was debited with R332.50. i went to the branch, they got african bank on the line for me, the call centre agent was so so rude i even asked him why did they take R332.50 instead of R217.00 he said because they charged interest again, the branch could not print any statements for me but the balance outstanding was -R16.00, the ladies promised to sent it to me the next day, the next day they phoned said they could not log in, they will try again, a week later (today) i went into the store again, because the debit order went off my account AGAIN, the ladies could not answer why they did not sent the statement as promised, the manager George said he will get back to me, he did not know anything. who gave them the right to "" money out of my account. Whenever i buy from them, i somehow need to report them, i have reported them to the "Beeld" twice already. Easy to take money, but difficult when you want it back.
