This has been the most unprofessional service I have received
All we asked was for a new Bed Base and to this day we still have not received our Bed Base 1 Year 2 Months.
I have spoken Sharice and to George who is the new Branch Manager and has no idea really what is happening when I have taken over this complaint it has been 2 weeks ago and 2 weeks later still no feedback.
All we want is our new Bed Base and we will settle this account and have no further relation with Furniture City going forward. Take into account that since my wife and I have married we have we have always gone to furniture city for our furniture needs. First we purchased furniture for our new home at the furniture city behind Mackro and now Princess Crossing I assure you there will be no future purchase going forward
I request that some senior from your management please contact me regarding this as this is now beyond pathetic service it is now just disgusting
