A reoccurring problem at the P&P at Heathway is that there is seldom a sufficient number of cashier tills open to serve customers during peak trading times. As had yet again been the case yesterday and today. It seems that this essential function continues to be poorly managed. Due to its proximity to where I stay, I have been a loyal customer of this branch for the past 10 years - but several complaints about this problem to a supervisor appear to all have fallen on deaf ears. This branch can certainly learn how to better respect its customers' time and loyalty by serving them more professionally.
