I've been trying, unsuccessfully, to place an order and pay with a gift card since Friday. i get the error "We encountered a small problem, please try that again." at the final stage of checkout.
I tried to use your web chat on Friday afternoon and the agent, Charles, left halfway through the conversation. When I called the call centre after 4pm, the call centre was closed and I got a message stating that you close at 5!!!
This morning on web chat, another agent, cohut, offers to help me but doesn't go any further than ask me for information that I had already given him... TWICE!
This is really appauling.
