This afternoon I asked your Live Chat a simple question, starting with a nice friendly greeting from my side. What I received as response was appauling, nothing friendly, no greeting, short, and with only half the question answered. This immediately upset me as was portrayed in further responses from me. What is shocking though, is that your agent carried giving me poor service, an being. I had to ask the question a few more times before I got the answer, eventually I had to explain the reason for asking to actually get the answer I needed. The agent then went on attacking me personally.
This is not the first time! How can you let people like this handle customer care? Or is just the normal South African Business attitude towards service?
