Hi, why is it that I was told that I cannot return two packs of underwear that were not opened at the westwood store in durban even after I pointed out that this type frays when washed thus the return.
He then said that I cannot prove I never wear the underwear as the packs can be opened and closed??? when I sked if he has proof that no customer tried them on in store- he said we try to prevent that from hppening! LOL! that's a guilty admission if I have ever heard one.
Deschan then gave me his area managers number-she constantly presses the end call button before answering etc (michelle 0832634329).
Surely this goes against the consumer protection act? this all occurred about 2pm on the 4th January 2014
