I went to exchange some clothing which were given it me as agift for my infant daughter but woolworth oxford street told me to go to hemingways or vincent because they dont have gift voucher is this realy true . such a big store and customer wana exchange something without a slip and wants a voucher and told they dobt have . its a diagrace for a such a store . very unhappy about service.
