I purchased a Cell C sim card from Checkers Elridge Centre in Boksburg. Cell C advises that the card I purchased has already been registered on RICA in another name. According to Cell C it is a problem with the outlet and not with them. I am complaining due to the inconvenience - how would I know the same will not happen when I purchase another sim card.
