So many of my friends & community have moved their business to Checkers already.
The Norwood PnP hypermarket is notorious for rude staff, 1 out of every 5 tills open leading to ridiculous queues, incorrect prices on shelves (and then being treated like a criminal for daring to ask for correct price) and never having stock of promo items on their shelves.
So you can imagine my frustration when, upon being stuck at home for medical reasons, i decided to order PnP online and realised my goods were coming from the Norwood branch.
The in-store shoppers show no initiative (despite listing alternate products on the website in event of no stock). The delivery van has NEVER arrived in its allocated slot- my last delivery arrived 4 hours before the slot began. On 3 occasions i have been billed for items which never arrived (one of which wasn't even on my order!)- have contacted the call centre on numerous occasions and have yet to see a refund or get any feedback.
If enough shoppers boycotted the store (a frequent suggestion in our school parking lot!), do you suppose they'd actually bother to remember where it is that their money is coming from...?!?!
