I see I am not the only person complaining about this so-called 'rewards' program!! Firstly I would like to also state false advertising! A buff and paint is not a mani/pedi. Secondly, I have phoned several times to check on the status of my 'pedi' appointment, to no avail. But the amount I have phoned out would probably get me a full mani and pedi! Every time I get the same response - they are fully booked. Today I get a phone call about my 'pedi' saying you are very sorry, but the promotion has ended!?!?!?!!? I have been trying to get my 'reward' out of you for almost 3 months now. And now I don't even get what I chose, I get a movie ticket!? Ridiculous!! And I hope I get a better response than the cut and paste one everyone else has gotten with regards to this issue.
