After my complaint of the 7 Nov 2013, i received a personal Phone call from Kerri "Kalahari" apologising for all the inconvenience and delay which was followed with an email. I received my both my orders this morning at 10.00am and i would just like to Thank Kerri for her excellent service and keeping the promise that the orders was dispatched and the delivery date would have been 12th for parcel 1 and 13th for parcel 2. This might just restore my faith in Kalahari.
