I placed an order for making curtains on 19 Dec '13 with S. Hoosen. He promised I will have them before Christmas and he will call on 23 Dec '13 to arrange pick up time, he never called. I called on 24 Dec '13 and another gentlemen told me the leading time for delivery on manufactured curtains is 14 working days. When I said to him I was promised before Christmas he said that they are trying to help everyone and that I should wait for their call upon completion. I called again on 31 Dec '13 and S. Hoosen said the curtains are not finished. When I asked him about this promise before Christmas he just said that I shoud wait from his call when they are done and no explanation as to why they are not complete. I called again on 2 Jan '14 and Fatima explained to me that S. Hoosen gave the order to another workshop and that this factory close a part of December '13 and if he put the order at Home's workshop they only closed on 25 and 26 Dec '13 and 1 Jan '14, my order would probably be finished by now. He misled me openly by making promised which he knew he could not deliver on and he took my money (paid in full). If I knew this I would NEVER have placed the order or paid in full.
