I have placed an order on 11/05/2013 for curtains ref ES NO: 5186, ACCORDING TO HER IT TAKE 2 WEEKS.

I DO THE FOLLOW -UP TODAY MORE THAN 2 WEEKS ALREADY:

HELEN WAS RUDE, UNHELPFULL
SHE CAN'T TELL ME WHEN I CAN EXPECT THE CURTAINS - ONLY THAT IT IS ORDERED FROM HEAD OFFICE, (MAYBE HEADOFFICE IS OVERSEAS IT TAKE SO LONG) OR EVEN SIAD THAT SHE WILL FOLLOW IT UP WITH THEM

ONLY SAID, THAT SEH WILL LET ME KNOW WHEN IT IS THERE, NO NEED FOR ME TO FOLLOW UP OR PHONE!!!

I WOULDN'T HAVE PLACED THE ORDER IF I KNEW I WOULD TGET THE CURTAINS FROM NOW - XMAS!
