I went to Game in the Bridge to purchase a drill (and me being a female, i didn't want to buy the one in the prettiest colour, but needed to know WHICH drill to buy.) I looked at all the drills and noticed that they were all different, had different wattages but all the same price - so I had a choice of 4. That took approximately 5 minutes. I looked around and there was no-one to help me, so I looked at all of them agan and wandered around for someone to help me. Still no one in sight. I then went to the next department (TV's) and asked for help, the lady paged someone called "Chris" who, in the next 5 minutes didn't arrive, so I asked someone passing by for help (from another department) but he seemed to know less than I did. I then went back to the TV department and asked AGAIN for someone to be paged, and the manager was then paged. After another 5 minutes of no-one arriving I took the drills myself to the INFO counter and they then paged Chris AGAIN. I waited... He never arrived so they then paged the manager as well. No-one came.By this time I was so late for work and was about to dump the lot and leave. A kind shopper then offered assistance and helped me choose one..!!!
