Still no Refund a Month and half late

On the 13th December 2012 i returned the incorrectly delivered package - My order update under profile has been sitting on 72% since the 23rd December 2012. On the 8th of January 2013 i received an email saying that the amount of the refund would be credited to my profile within 2 working days. After a few calls to the helpline and promises by service agents that this would be escalated and followed up - I am still waiting for my refund - this is now twice in a month that i have had to complain about Kalahari and there lack of service - please could i just have my refund - thanks
