CASH WITHDRAWEL AT TILL

I wanted to draw cash at the cashier as the ATM is more out of order than in order.

The cashier informed me that the system did nit accept my Standard Bank Cheque Master Card, and that only straight debit cards can be used to draw money. This doesn't make sense to me.

I reported this issue to one of the managers and the response was that the matter will be looked into.

I left the shop without cash and the issue unresolved.

An explanation will be appreciated.
