FNB ATM doesnt want to take my new card

I was on my way to an appointment on satuday and stopped at the Moreleta Park shopping Centre in Wekker Street to draw cash. The ATM did not want to accept my new FNB ATM card, as it is a chip & pin card. I was forced to draw money at the ABSA ATM which charged my account for the withdrawel. THis is PATHETIC, How can you issue cards that are not compatible with the ATM technology out there?? I find it unacceptable that I need to pay for the ATM charge because of this oversight / neglect. I would like FNB to refund the cash withdrawel fee and tell me what they intend doing about this problem.
