Stock take more important than customers

On 27th January 2011 we purchased a new Orthopaedic Essential Eco Friendly Queen base and mattress from the Bed Shop in Woodmead. Shortly after we got the new bed we complained to the Bed shop that the bed was making squeaking noises we were told this is normal as the bed was new. On 6 Jan 2012 we called the Bed shop to complain that the bed was becoming uncomfortable we were told an inspector will contact us. This did not happen. On 15July 2012 we contacted the bed shop again as the bed was becoming more uncomfortable to sleep on. Again we were told that an inspector will contact us again this did not happen. The bed have now becomes uncomfortable that my wife and I are waking every two hours with back pain due to the bed and we are constantly fatigued as were not getting a proper nights rest due to the bed. I called Andre on 30th April 2013 to be told they are busy with a stock take and will call me back in two days time. The following week Andre called back to advise Vaughn will be in contact to make an appointment to come inspect the bed when he is in the area today is the 13th May and still no one has called back! We are tired of empty promises!!!
