Never a good nights sleep

We purchases a Sealy late 2011, as we purchased the bed cash and got our then van diver to pay and collect the bed on our behalf, we never bothered to request a copy of the cash receipt. Our issues with our bed started in early 2012, we have complained about the poor sleep and bed slacking in the middle, our base also seems to be giving in and hence our bed is not stable and always noisy when we move. We complained to Sealy directly only to be told we need to prove our purchase. We have been to furniture city Vanderbijlpark and they are unable to assist us as the driver would have paid in his name and not ours. We need help. Brand new bed, paid cash and now we sleep like every night in a bed that says every night is a good night in Sealy. Please come and see our bed, it still has its tag. help us have a good nights sleep
