I'm sorry, I thought I was the customer?

On the day of Mandela's funeral I bought a few things at PnP Woodlands and the cashier told me to unpack my own basket! I complained on HelloPeter and the manager phoned me to apologize and assured me that this was not PnP standards and they had to use cashiers from an outsourced company because of the funeral. I decided to go to the store again today and guess what... once again the cashier told me to unpack my own basket! According to her she only gets paid to scan products because she doesn't have time to do both! I guess this really is PnP standards and the way they treat their customers!! Apparently lazy staff are more important than paying customers!
