Doesnt take no for an answe

I have read the complaint of other people and interesting, it is not me that thinks that Homemark should be taken to the consumer board. You can not force someone to take something which they say they can not afford, you can not take someones banking details and then use that details to take money from them. I work at a law firm in North West and have discussed this with our lawyer and he said that this is a case that he would love because you are breaking the law. I called homemark to place a order on a voucher that I got for christmas from my son and after playcing my order I was told to pick a letter out of homemark, I picked the letter M and was told CONGRATIOLATIONS you got R4000 of coockware. I was told that I only need to pay R2999 for the pots. I explaint to the guy that I cant afford it but he would not listen. I was on the phone for more than a half hour explaining to him I dont want it. He told me that it is to late and that my order was already send through to the finance department. I was in tears of stress and said clearly to him if he takes the money of my accound I will take you to court. Up until now I still havent receipt my order.
