Over 7 weeks with no delivery

I've placed my order in November 6th 2013 and the estimated delivery date was November 22nd 2013.

I still didn't get my order. I've called the support today and they provide me the DHL tracking number 008 012 6522, that is not a valid DHL number.

I've sent a few e-mails to the support, but I've got no answer.
