Ought a top at truworths but my lil sister didnt like it. i returned it for a refund when i was told they were unable to assist as clothes bought from Mall of the north can only be refunded there. i was given a lousey excuse & was asked to return to savannah mall the following day for my refund. due to a family funeral i was unable to do so, i called them on Monday (3 days later) to get feedback.. all i was given was 1 excuse after the other with no solution, i then spoke to the manager France & he was not helpful at all & could only come up with more excuses. i have explained to him that im based in jhb & needed to complete the transaction before i left plk as there was nobody who could assist after i left. i was requested to leave the top & reciept at the store.. i called the complaints line 0214605025/5029 to no avail. what do i do now..??? i have NEVER heard of such excuses before from any other retail strore, dis is by far the most nonsensical service ever..
