Zara refused to exchange a gift my daughter relieved which was bought a week ago with the label and price still on & in the packet without a gift receipt. It's ridiculous when all we needed them to do was change it for a bigger size. I cannot understand how they justify this policy. The person giving the gift purposely left the label & price on so that we could change the size if necessary. With this type of attitude they will not last long in SA.
