I wanted the new Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 on the contract for R349 pm. After a long wait, they finally received stock and I was about first in line. The manager Hendrik Bekker assisted me and we quickly filled in all the required paperwork, and I received my new tablet! I had an old contract with Telkom Mobile (Internet 5 Promo) which expired end November 2013. I forgot to cancel this service at Hatfield and did it on Thursday afternoon at Brooklyn mall. There was a mix up and they cancelled the new contract and not the old one. I went back to Hendrik on Friday (13 December 2013) who despite feeling very unwell, quickly assissted me, he found that they cancelled the incorrect contract, he cancelled the correct one and reactivated my Galaxy Tab contract and did a sim swap. Everything was working perfectly when I left the store. I would just like to thank Hendrik Bekker for his fantastic service, that is so rare these days. I would recommend anyone to ask for his assistance. I am a happy costumer thanks to him!!
