Is there any particular reason that the Westville Pavillion store just HAS to make the customer wait?? You called me on this issue less than 2 months ago. Today, I was in your shop... Buying weights... NOT WAITS... Two cashiers, both taking their sweet time while Kookoo talks on the phone and the queues build... What is it with the ''management'(and I am sure we both use that term loosely in this context}. REALLY need to sort that store out... REALLY.
Now this is the SECOND complaint from me - and I know others have complained.
Adding some little line of your FB page wont solve the problem, and hiring low quality staff to compliment your low quality Chinese goods also wont help.
Lets see if things have changed on my next visit??
