About two weeks ago I complained about the poor quality of the subs they sell and the never ending queues at the till. When I complained I was sent from manager to manager. Please empower your people to make a decision - not so difficult. Odd that the queues at a premium food store (Woolies) is always slower and longer than any other store.
Today I thought I would try again today, and again the bread is old, and the sub is dry. The only reason I buy there is because the food it typically of good quality, however, it seems like the Woodmead branch is not on par.
I do not think I will shop there again.
