I bought a bed on the 31st of Oct and less than a month later I heard a sound coming from the bed, called the office, it was inspected and a replacement was arranged, which I had to pay delivery for AGAIN. 2 weeks later the same sound was heard, and a base was brought which didn't solve the problem (refused to pay for delivery). Later a new mattress was brought in and surprisingly the brand new bed started making sounds. After me contacting them 2 weeks later to complain yet about the sound, a new base was deliverd. Less than a month later, the bed started making sounds AGAIN. The factory is clearly producing defects. I bought the same bed in Ladybrand and the bed is of better quality.
I went to the store on the 21 Dec to complain about this and asked for a refund and I was told I'd be contacted by the Manager in January. After contacting the store twice, he passed a message on for me to get another replacement or upgrade to another bed. Is he serious?
I want my money back and the National Consumer Act was put in place to ensure our rights dont get trampled on. I was told the manager would get in touch with me yesterday but still I wait. Can someone help me with this REFUND!
