Hi my husband purchased a gown for me size small so I needed to exchange it for a large. I have the slip but they refused to assist me because they needed my husbands debit card! This is senseless as I need to change sizes I don't need to be credited or anything. The price is exactly the same, apparently this is procedure. The supervisor should be there to resolve such issues but she was extremely unhelpful. To cut a long story short my husband lost his card two days ago which means I can't exchange this gown although I have a slip. This goes against my rights as a consumer!!!
