Took new "faulty" tv back to shop to be replaced, we were told this would be sorted on Monday latest Tuesday and that i would be contacted on Monday by one of the staff to let me know when I can come and collect..

So today is Thursday and no call or new tv as yet.. I decided to phone them and what a nightmare.!! They dont know how to answer the phone they put you through to departments where there is no answer. eventually 150 rands airtime and numerous "HE" "SORRY""EISH" and "JUST HOLD" later I got to the sales person who sold me the tv and took it back from me, the same sales person who told me no later than Teusday..

When i spoke to him over the phone today he told me that he WILL get back to me with an answer in 5 mins time.. it is now 2 hours later and i am still waiting!!!

Long story short: I WANT MY TV!!! IT WAS PAID FOR CASH!!! AND GET STAFF THAT KNOWS HOW TO WORK WITH CUSTOMERS!!!
