Today When I went to Edgars at Gateway they opened the shop! At 9.10 when they supposed to open at 9, no apology! Then when I go to there accounts department I was told I'm standing in a wrong cue! I must stand in another cue! The person Sepelele tells me its not her concern that I stood in the wrong cue! And not problem that the store opened late! A don't care attitude! And when they overcharge u in a debit! To get your money back, u need a 3 months bank statement, a copy of your I.D a letter from you stating they over debited you! But Ehen u late with a payment they hand you over to the lawyers! And it takes them 7 or 14 days to refund you! Where is the fairness in this! Please assist
