Shocking Service Pick n Pay Tygervalley Centre WC

I was in the store on friday 27th December 2013 between 1.30 and 2.00pm. The lady at the till accidently rang my milk up twice, she rang for the controller to come and void the entry. After waiting ten minutes I went to the window where all the managers sit and asked a person there if someone could come and help. He made a public announcement that was not even audible. Five minutes later I went back to the window to speak to the person that I was told was the manager. He looked very unconcerned, then the other man that made the public announcement came to me and said he was looking for me!!! Then they both walked off somewhere to find the mystery controller. Five minutes later a sour faced woman strolled up to the till voided the entry, no smile or apology, just told the teller to ring her bell and then said, it was not working. What shocking service and attitude, I work in the service industry, and believe me " it was bad". Needless to say the manager never came to apologise either. The cashier was Nancy Nokubonga. This complaint is not directed at Nancy, she tried her best to get help. Needless to add, I will never visit that store again!!!
