On the 7th of December I went to KFC Dube at around 21h30 to buy food when i got to the shop I realised that only one till was open and the line was very long. So I decide to join the line and about 15 minutes later i was the third person on the line, unfortunately the lady that was working at the till made an announcement that they are out of meat and that we should turn back. I was particularly offended by the poor timing of the announcement and i went up to the till and asked the lady she didn't stop us from joining the line the first place if she knew she going to run out of food and she responds with the worst attitude and says to me "if you don't like being told late about food shortage then you direct your complaints to the kitchen". I then asked to see the manager who took about ten minutes to attend to me and when he eventually attends to he comes and gives me this dirty look and says (without greeting) `'R u the one who called for me ". i was so offended by his manner of approach and his lack of discipline, I'm not sure if his name is Tebogo because he said he left name tag at home
