My fiance and myself bought a complete combo at furniture city 2 weeks ago... as discussed delivery would have been finalised on Tuesday, 24 December 2014!! Incomplete delivery has taken place, due to the fact that no stock is available. Upon delivery we noted that 2 different shades of furnitue has been assembled, not to mention the damage that has occured during transportation thereof. Numerous calls has been made to the call centre and Rustenburg branch without any response.
How can this be tolerated? I will take this further if not handled appropriately.
