I bought a Fifa 14 Playstaion 2 @ R200 as a Christmas gift for my kids. Purchase date was the 22/12/13. Their father tried to play the game and it froze up a couple of times. I Call the store and for 15min the phone is engaged 0213765158. I Call the call Centre and a polite gentleman Ryan assists me by contacting the store from his side. The branch manager calls me and I explain to her the problem with the disc. She says to me without seeing and testing the disc that it Won't be exchanged as other customers had similar problems and She Says that its my Kids Console!!! I then asked her how she could say that if I then bought them 3 games at Cash Crusaders and it plays Perfectly* I would understand if they had played a couple of times but One flippen minute - Ridiculous- The branch Manager said that she can get the supplier to check but they open end January 2014- So R200 down the Drain as Musica's Service has no listening, needs major Training to equip their Managers with People skills, not making Accusations* I would like Hellopeter to Publish this as I won't Rest untill I Find a Director of Musica (Clicks group) who will help, its a little money but my hard earned!!!
