I received a call from shoprite central office with regards to my hellopeter complaint and I told her that I didn't receive any feedback. I then receive a call from the branch manager Shereen, her attitude was unbelievable, she said the the buyer said that my claim was declined. I asked her why and she said she doesn't know. Shoprite is really cheating their clients with the guarantee on appliances. As I have stated before this isn't the first time. Why is there 1 year guarantee on appliances? If they don't want to assist their clients. Shereen needs to change her attitude towards both her internal and external clients. Are they upset that I put a complaint on hello peter so that's why my claim has being declined??? She told me to contact the complaints department if I want the reason for the iron not being exchanged. It clearly shows by the attitude that customer service isn't important as long as they are making money. I will never support Shoprite again.
