E: refusal to exchange iron
On the 19 Dec I received a call from shoprite manager Shereen requesting that I come into the store. I informed her that I would come in on the 20th. I was called in for them to take a photo of the iron. This is totally ridiculous, the iron doesn't work, why couldn't they just replace the iron. The guarantee expires tomorrow so why call me to come just for them to take a picture. I will never purchase any appliances from Shoprite. The after sales service is totally unacceptable.
