I am worried about my instalments because I don't receive statements and I can't get help from the store here at Phuthaditjhaba. The last time I got my statement was April 2013 and I was also not satisfied because it did not correctly state my bill. When I pleaded to be shown my statement history from January to December 2013 I was told IT IS IMPOSSIBLE! I have a feeling I'm I trouble with this store. Can you please help Me.
