I opened a small business account and signed up for emailed bank statements as I prefer to be paperless and will always have back up of these documents. I have had an issue with my bank statements not being emailed to me in the past. When I investigated further, I realised that these were always the December bank statements. I am not going to make a special trip to the bank for one bank statement, and I need it urgently for my bank recon. So please don't call me with your apologies, rather just email me my December 2012 bank statement as soon as possible. Thanks.
