Hello.
I ordered online through groupon a cassette converter to MP3 at the end of October. I was then informed two days later that it will take 4-6 weeks for delivery. 4 - 6 week came and went and nothing and so I ihave had numerous emailings back and forth trying to find where my parcel is. Recieved a call from a lady at the taxi truck company say it was in Cape Town and they were waiting on their delivery guy to pick it up and deliver it. I was told that I should recieve the parcel by the end of the week.30/11/12 That was three-ish weeks before Christmas, and I am still waiting. It was meant to be a Christmas present, which never happen. I am very upset, as the new year came in I emailled and said I was still waiting and I got a response saying they were out of stock, which is nonsence as I was told it was here in Cape Town ready to be delivered. My ref for the tracking of my parcel I on taxitruck: grBA44145AE9. At this stage of the game I would like the parcel still and would like them to consider refunding the money as for the inconvience and disappointment that came on Christmas Day.
