NO RESPONSE!!!

I sent this message to Truworths 4days ago. they assured they would respond in 48 hours. I REFUSE TO PAY THIS BILL!

I am requesting a detailed summary of my purchases of the past 3 months
My account number is 10100181360065, Cecile Mans, ID 8810290072085.
I was ahead on my payments and then suddenly started receiving bills for R 500 installments for the past three months without having made that amount's worth of purchases
When I went in-store they couldn't give me my purchase history.
Also, my online account has been locked and I am not able to access this by any means.
Please see to this asap.
I refuse to pay any more installments until this is cleared up.
